Pasta al pesto di erbe pazze, dove la principale protagonista è l'Alliaria Petiolata (in foto), perché giustamente che pesto sarebbe se non svampasse fortissimo di aglio, proprio come le foglie e i fiori di questa meravigliosa piantina da sottobosco?!

Ieri finita la corsetta al parco ho raccolto un po' di Galium Aparine (Attaccaveste) e tornato a casa ci ho fatto un bel frullato di banana per reintegrare vitamine e minerali e tutti gli ottimi nutrienti contenuti in questa pianta magica.

Tra le altre cose contiene un enzima che fa cagliare il latte in formaggio, e proprio a questo fin dall'antichità deve il suo nome Galium. Il cognome Aparine invece dal greco Apaíro, ossia...
