These days, however, it is carrying water (i.e. doing its job) most months except in summer. Here is #photograph of the #channel running alongside a segregated #Footpath and #Cyclepath. Incidentally, this is almost exactly where, three months ago, I ran into a dog’s lead as the owners were walking on the footpath and the dog was on the grass verge on the right.
