Hey folks. The car insurance and loan vultures are circling again for their respective pounds of flesh. Our #roadsafety need for a #tyrechange on the #Vulpibus is getting critical. The #tyres the bus came with are from 2012, worn and developing cracks. They are #inflated to the 115psi they are supposed to have, but a #blowout is becoming a matter of when, not if. Since we would rather not end up stranded in a ditch, this is an ASAP #urgent call out for #mutualaid. It's gonna be about $1200 because at least the front 2 tyres have to be new. The back 4 can be used, though getting new is obviously better.

Wow. I recall just after the attacks of 9/11/2001 as I struggled to pay for my upper division education in Texas, up the hill from UT Austin (at the area's second-largest school, St. Edward's University) while adding a minor that became a second major.

So today is not going entirely to plan.
The set of additional #solarpanels I connected up refuse to give us juice. I tried to trace the fault and got jack shit info because my cheap ass 19 year old #multimeter is (confirmed by many tests now) not working any more. Its fuse is fine too, as is its #battery. It just displays zeros.
So add to the list of unexpected expenses and delays one new multimeter...
