🪭it’s not like the democrats begging the republicans to keep it open will stop the illegal funding freezes.
You know what will? Defunding the entire federal government.
Trump can’t pick winners if everybody loses equally.
He can’t arrest dissidents if he cannot pay the police. He can’t spy on gay people if all the spies are on furlough. He can’t use the payment system as a tool of power if there is no money to pay people with. He can’t award Musk nepo-baby contracts if there is no budget.
Without money, Trump’s government has no power.
This is the nuclear option, and innocent people will suffer.
it is now our task as the people living in this godforsaken land to support each other through this catastrophe.
No more mock executions of the federal government by the GOP.
Either kill it for real or admit you are playing games with people’s lives.
