As the final season of the #TV series The #Handmaid's Tale is being released, I just watched seasons 4 & 5 which I didn't know.

TBH: They were pretty disappointing. Still visually appealing and well acted, and yet: You can't compensate poor #writing with great production value.

This is a general problem in all media:

The screenplay is the most important part, and definitely not one, you can simply buy with money.

Let's see whether they found good writers for the final season.

Since #Project #2025 went public, Margaret #Atwood s #Handmaid's Tale is definitely the new #1984.

Not that #BigBrother went anywhere, they just discovered that control of #uterus complements control of media nicely.
