So, interesting thing.
I have been doing the WW diet for nearly a month (lost 2.5kg, yay!), but the biggest difference has been in my resting heart rate.
My resting HR was already low (I'm quite active) and was around 62-65bpm. But within days it dropped to 56bpm.
I'm eating lots more beans/tofu & lentils as they're "zero" points, which could be the cause https://nutritionfacts.org/blog/the-best-food-to-slowing-your-resting-heart-rate/ but it seems amazing that they could cause an effect within days.
I am seeing very similar trends by trying to stick with as many zero point foods. My respiratory rate, resting heart rate, and walking heart rate average are all dropping like rocks. I guess I should have assumed that would happen, but I’m still shocked. Awesome stuff!
