The new raised bed situation is coming right along. After moving a literal ton of dirt and assorted compost, cow poo, and sphagnum moss. Aching joints.
Put the critter guard up today. I hope I only need the front yard caged. I'm ready to start choosing plants.
In my older raised bed I planted Arugula, Flashy Trout Back lettuce, Red Sails leaf lettuce, a cherry tomato. I had stuck some heirloom pea seed in the ground a couple of weeks ago but have not seen any sprouts.

Haus Frank.

The "Frank House" from Elzhausen is a farmhouse that was built in 1794 and is now part of the Hohenlohe Open-Air Museum in Wackershofen. It is an example of a medium-sized dwelling/stable house, as was typical in the Hohenlohe region of Germany.
