Also: Does anyone know where to get #CBN gummies an oils (not CBN in small quantities, isolate not great need small quantities of other #cannabinoids & #terpenes for entourage effect). Compounding only used isolates and even more expensive than real #cannabis.

Also plain #THC #gummies or oil.

I need to mix & match depending on day and needs.

In #Australia & have permit. Can no long get it from overseas. All the suppliers I used were threatened by Australian government but meds I need are super expensive or unavailable in Australia. I’m stuck.

I tried vaping. It burned my lungs and throat and aches for a week. Also took me on extremely bad trip.I didn’t get much sleep so vaping isn’t for me. Non-smoker too. I’m trying not to wreck organs still working.

Help appreciated. Let me know if should post this elsewhere for better input. Very energy limited.

Does anyone know the specific mechanism by which #Cannabis, and specifically #THC, #CBD, #CBN, or #CBG increase visual acuity?

Best guess is that endogenous #cannabinoids tend to regulate prefrontal cortex cAMP similar to norepinephrine and α2 agonists.

So, partial agonists like THC/CBN would have a more obvious role in causing a cascade down endocannabinoid pathways. CBD/CBG are antagonists, which suggests they may have classical reuptake inhibition properties.
