Kabel von einer anderen Backup-Platte entwendet: Nun kopiert es mit 630-700+ MB/s und will so in ca 20 Minuten fertig sein

ja, #lol, Cloud kam mir als #permacomputing Apostel, der ich bin, gar nicht in den Sinn. Der Erreichbarkeit und Datentransfermengen wegen. Die #TimeMachine war IMO Peak-Private-Backup und wahrscheinich das Beste, was Jobs' Firmen für die Menschheit getan haben. So eine tolle #UX für #rsync.

In 2017, I started #Asimov, a #Homebrew package that automatically adds development dependencies (think node_modules, vendor, etc.) to the exclusion list for #TimeMachine on Macs.
It's by far my most popular project, with 1.7k stars on #GitHub. However, every time a PR or issue gets opened, I get really down on myself because I don't just have the drive/energy/interest in maintaining it any more.
