Why is it so difficult to control Fentanyl? #Fentanyl is a synthetical #opioid similar to its natural alternative called opium. Many chemicals are used to make Fentanyl, one of them being #PhenethylBromide. Phenethyl bromide is commonly used for making pharmaceuticals and fragrances. The only reason why it is mainly produced in China is because of its low production cost there. Phenethyl bromide is not a #ControlledSubstance even in the US.
