I don’t usually run on Friday evening. At the end of the work week, I just want to relax but weather was gorgeous, sun peeking through the clouds. I had the trail to myself save a cardinal, squirrel, & 2 turkeys.

I’m struggling with consistency after too much time not . Tonight, I set my watch to alert on max fast and min slow paces so I would be more consistent from one mile to the next. I’m so pleased with my efforts tonight.
