I was unfamiliar with 9 Chickweed Lane until now, and now that I’m familiar with it…I think I don’t get it.

@JoshuaACNewman it’s kinda weaksauce to begin with - superficially fine but more annoying and occasionally disturbing over time - but maybe the worst part was un-gaying a character in text, writing out his partner and treating said partner particularly contemptuously along the way as the anti-queer era we’re in now ramped up. I’d stopped reading before that but that series was some real “holy shit”
