There is no head… only balls. (Just kidding, it’s under the front legs if you look carefully)

They are shaped that way to enable fruit juice to drip down their nose without going in while hanging upside down.

Obligatory dog tax:

We have dogs, and I don’t know if they would get along. Plus, I think it’s something that just happens (like, you find an injured opossum and decide to nurse it to health) rather than a pet you buy. But you never know, maybe one day!

Edit: just looked it up, and it’s illegal in my state. So it’s not happening unless I move.

I really want a pet opossum. It will never happen, but I can dream.
