Any recommendations for an all-in-solution besides self-hosting?

must be GPDR rated in the EU, best would be in Germany.
PHP scripting would be a plus but not required
@ppxl In my opinion, Greenstar is lacking service. How about switching emails to an excellent, steady and reliable hosting cooperative, that operates IT infrastructure as common property also in the future: Hostsharing.net

Since I also want to get rid of HE, I checked on different options and, after several loops, always came back to hostsharing.
Asked for a quote, got one just an hour later and even a very pleasant and informative call.
That's a very pleasant start.
Tomorrow, I will send my application form to Hamburg.
