boozyANDsour Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is another Grand Elixir (I've batched a few) from Difford's Guide (pre-batch recipe) 45ml Cachaça 22.5ml Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) 15ml Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) 15ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 15ml water Store in freezer for a couple of hours then pour yourself a good coupe and garnish with a lime wedge.
