Listening about Unit 731, Stalin and Lenin's reign in Russian and other things, it's terrifying to realize that the Nazi's of the Thrid Riche were in a lot of ways the underperformers when it came to atrocities, crimes against Humanity, and mass graves left in their wake.

I went looking for Images of TRS-80 Model III and Apple IIe computers so I could do some color picking. Looking for back ground colors and accents that look similar to the 80s and 90s colors. Everything was silver, Beige/White, and Black back then.
Will probably at least try and figure out more.
Jupiter and Ring in Infrared from Webb
https://apod.nasa.gov/apod/image/2503/JupiterRing_WebbSchmidt_1080.jpg
Why does Jupiter have rings? Jupiter's main ring was discovered in 1979 by NASA's passing Voyager 1 spacecraft, but its origin was then a mystery. Data from NASA's Galileo spacecraft that orbited Jupiter from 1995 to 2003, however, confirmed the hypothesis that this ring was created by meteoroid impacts on small nearby moons. As a small meteoroid strikes tiny Metis, for example, it will bore into the moon, vaporize, and explode dirt and dust off into a Jovian orbit. The featured image of Jupiter in infrared light by the James Webb Space Telescope shows not only Jupiter and its clouds, but this ring as well. Jupiter's Great Red Spot (GRS) -- in comparatively light color on the right, Jupiter's large moon Europa -- in the center of diffraction spikes on the left, and Europa's shadow -- next to the GRS -- are also visible. Several features in the image are not yet well understood, including the seemingly separated cloud layer on Jupiter's right limb. Celestial Surprise: What picture did APOD feature on your birthday? Here is a fascinating time-lapse video of images taken by the NASA Parker Solar Probe in 2024 during its 21st close approach of the Sun.
Solar flares, coronal streamers and CMEs grace the solar landscape. Through it all, one can see the inner planets of the Solar System, from Mercury to Saturn, a solar system portrait if you will. Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS makes a dramatic appearance as well!

My feet have hurt a lot the last week. Left foot especially.
I thought I might be past it when I got the right leg healed.
Has anyone ever concidered what it would take for an Open Source hardware type project?
I mean patterns for 3D printers, printed circuit board designs, and hardware lists for people to build their own items like say a simple eReader?
Just curious.
Amazon was having a dale this weekend and I decided to buy an Ecoflow River 3 Solar Generator.
It's the smallest in the Ecoflow line at 245wh, but with the sale it cost me about $150 before taxes, so half the cost of the Jackery that Walmart stocks locally.
I plan to buy a solar panel for it in the next few weeks, but for now I am seeing how it handles being on my cars 12v connection while powering a small laptop.
So far so good.

Bought a small Ecoflow Delta 3 Solar Generator from Amazon yesterday. It's 50wh less than the Jackery at Walmart, but due to the sale was $150 less in cost. So the deal was worth it.
Now I just need to buy a foldable solar panel for it.
New Privacy Guides article
by me (kinda):
This article is an
interview with Micah Lee!
We are absolutely delighted at Privacy Guides that @micahflee has accepted to speak with us this week.
Thank you so much for your time Micah, this is a fantastic interview.

So, this is an Image generated on NightCafe. I used the Real Cartoon XL v4 model with a prompt of:
A busy comic book shop full of Anime characters from the 90s and Anthropomorphic animals including Asuka Langley Soryu, by artist "anime", Anime Key Visual, Japanese Manga, Pixiv, Zerochan, Anime art, Fantia
Thought it was decent for a personal banner on here so why not.
Ever wondered what Squall would sound like? I did! So I dove headfirst into a "What If" scenario and gave Final Fantasy VIII the voice acting treatment it (maybe) deserved!
Check out the result!
So, I am working on trying to build a CSS file or collection of files that could be used as a base for themes. Either website or computer environment.
I live in Linux, so you having your look at feel locked by Microsoft or Apple is a you problem.
For anyone interested it is currently hosted on Codeberg at https://codeberg.org/evamade-online/magi-css
Still working.
Happy 20 years to the PSP!
Here's my PSP 1000 model. This thing desperately needs some TLC; the battery no longer holds a charge and the control stick has an exaggerated drift, making most games unplayable. I get most of my PSP fix on the Steam Deck these days, but part of me wants to crack this thing open and see if I can restore it to working order.
Weird to think that we've now had two decades of 3D graphics on handhelds. Do you have any PSP favorites?
