This is not new behaviour.
IIRC, in 2022, they manipulated the candidature qualifications to exclude Naomi Wu, as it looked like she would win a seat on the board.
Edit: My apologies for the mistake. Different org, but same behaviour patterns. It was the OSHWA that blocked Naomi Wu.
