Double hit of #sadness:
Had a casual chat with my landlord to give notice, tell him about the furniture I'm leaving and a few items that will need fixed after I #move 
He's always come when I asked for help, even non-landlord stuff #thankful
Then right after that I watched my darling pickup truck drive away to be parked with a sale sign. It has faithfully carried me everywhere for the past 25 years and I love it. I wanted to keep it as a project but I need every little bit of money to move
